Partial dentures are a removable, cost-effective option to replace missing teeth. Artificial teeth are made using acrylic and are colour-matched to your natural teeth and gum. Partial dentures help fill the gaps between natural teeth and stop the natural teeth from shifting out of place.
The base of the denture can be made entirely from acrylic or a combination of metal and acrylic. A denture made of a combination of metal (chrome-cobalt) and acrylic is thinner, more comfortable and fits better than a denture made purely out of acrylic.
